The Uruguayan hitman endured a fairly hit and miss two years in England with Manchester United, however things might have been very different for him if he had gone along with Sir Alex Ferguson’s footwear suggestions. As it is Diego moved to Spain and now plays for Athletico Madrid where he has recently developed a habit of knocking English teams out of Europe.
